A Slow Sunday in a Small Town in Mexico

Life can be slow in a smallish Mexican town on a Sunday. High-class restaurant in MexicoFor for towns with a market on Sunday, this is certainly not the case, but in this town (Tlaxiaco), the market was yesterday. By this morning, the stalls were long gone, the garbage all cleaned up, and the place looking like a different town altogether.

Long-Term Geological Art in Hierve de Agua

Yesterday I visited the most amazing geological formation - Hierve de Agua. It is formed by springs that bubble up water saturated with minerals and gas. You can see and hear the gas escaping from the spring. Continue reading
